Abstract

Climate change is one of the most significant threats in the world that cannot be taken in the 21 st century and has far reaching implications on human health, social systems and economic stability. The climate changes, outbreak of extreme weather, alteration of disease trend, and environmental deterioration have increased the susceptibility of the global population. The given research explores the direct and indirect effects of climate change on health across the world and the effectiveness of policy interventions that are aimed at reducing these effects. The study will use mixed-methods to conduct quantitative data analysis (based on epidemiological data between 1980 and 2025) and qualitative data analysis (based on critical stakeholder evaluation by various individuals in different geographic areas).
