Digital inclusion is defined as equal access, use and gain of digital technologies, tools and resources. Digital inclusion has become essential to all learners in the new educational environment particularly with the high rate of movement to online and blended learning. Nevertheless, students with learning disabilities, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, auditory or visual processing disorders and other neurodiverse profiles, remain highly disadvantaged when it comes to obtaining equal educational opportunities. Such obstacles are based not only on the access problem related to technology but also on the design, the absence of adaptive and assistive resources, the inadequate readiness of teachers, and the system-level disparities of digital pedagogy.Published
