Abstract

The high pace of the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has greatly revolutionized various industries, such as healthcare, finance, governance, and education. Over the last few years, the global education system has started adopting AI-driven technologies in order to overcome the long-standing issues in the education system, including diversity among learners, lack of access to quality education, lack of engagement, and the stagnation of the single-fit model of education. Individualized learning where instructional content, speed, evaluation and feedback is tailored to meet the needs of individual learners has become a paradigm that is promising in the field of learning. The field of Artificial Intelligence is critical in making learning settings scalable, adaptive, and data-driven.
