Abstract

Recent times have seen a notable increase in interest in the incorporation of artificial intelligence into library services, which has exciting prospects for improving library services. This study provides a thorough analysis of the literature on artificial intelligence in library services, highlighting important concepts, conclusions, and ramifications from previous studies. The study highlights a number of advantages that artificial intelligence technologies provide, such as enhanced information retrieval, tailored recommendation systems, virtual help, data analytics, and digital preservation.
