Recent times have seen a notable increase in interest in the incorporation of artificial intelligence into library services, which has exciting prospects for improving library services. This study provides a thorough analysis of the literature on artificial intelligence in library services, highlighting important concepts, conclusions, and ramifications from previous studies. The study highlights a number of advantages that artificial intelligence technologies provide, such as enhanced information retrieval, tailored recommendation systems, virtual help, data analytics, and digital preservation. The study also addresses a number of restrictions and difficulties related to the use of artificial intelligence in library services, including algorithmic bias, privacy issues, the digital divide, resource and financial needs, and ethical issues. It highlights the importance of preparing future library professionals to use artificial intelligence tools in a responsible and ethical manner to achieve meet the demands of library users and uphold the fundamentals of library services.Published
