Education is the most important thing for people in this world. Challenging views on education implies a challenge in our point of view in understanding the teaching and learning process. Along with society’s needs, also the technological improvements, the traditional view toward education needs to be adjusted. The term education means a conscious and planned effect to create a pleasant learning and learning atmosphere. Education blends training specific abilities with something invisible but more profound: the transmission of information, judgement, and wisdom. The government, as the state’s educational organizer, is required under the National Education System Law of 2003 to provide services and facilities for the implementation of high-quality education for all citizens without discrimination. Local governments are empowered to oversee, direct, assist, and steer the provision of education. Funding for the provision of education for all individuals between the ages of five and seven must also be ensure by the federal and local government. Furthermore, there are still a lot of options available to parents, individuals, and community organizations. Public schools known as charter schools, function without the usual district limitations, offering a more flexible approach to education. These schools are established under a contract or “charter” with a governing body, such as a state local authority, which grants them the autonomy to design unique curricula and teaching methods tailored to the need of their students.Published
