Abstract

Resource optimization in education refers to the effective, and strategic optimization of available education resources including human physical financial technological and time resources to achieve maximum educational outcomes with minimal wastage while ensuring quality and durability in the teaching process. The aim of education are build the individual’s inner freedom and development self-initiated action and acceptance of responsibility for one’s on actions, self direction and intelligent decision making critical learning and evaluation of others knowledge for problem solving and adaptation to new situations. Education resource strategies are crucial for universities aiming to optimize their function, improve student success, and achieve their academic goals. The major challenges are limited financial support, poor planning and management, teacher shortages, digital divide, urban-rural inequality. The strategies are poor planning and administration, efficient use of technology, training teacher and development, public -private partnership.
