The present study examined the effect of yogic exercises on self-esteem among college-level students. A total of 60 students participated in a structured yogic exercise program conducted over three selected phases. Self-esteem was assessed using the Self-Esteem Scale (SES). Descriptive statistics were used to determine mean and standard deviation, while one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Tukey’s HSD post-hoc test were applied to analyze differences among phases. The results showed a progressive increase in self-esteem scores across all phases. The ANOVA revealed a statistically significant difference in self-esteem among the phases. Post-hoc comparisons indicated significant mean differences between all phase pairs, with the greatest improvement observed between the initial and final phases. The findings suggest that regular yogic exercise significantly enhances self-esteem and supports psychological well-being among college students.Published
