METHODS FOR EVALUATION OF STUDENTS’ PERFORMANCE IN DIGITAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

Assessment of performance of learners is essential to know the growth of learners in their academic field as well as in other activities. Assessment is essential in both formal and online classrooms. Educational institutions have to follow certain standards for accountability, but learning about online assessment is critical. Technology has the potential to transform education systems, particularly in the area of assessment. There must be balance between technologies, pedagogy, and assessment to assess the performance of students. The present paper explores various methods for evaluation of students’ performance through digital methods to enhance students’ engagement and learning.
