Education is essential for a country's growth. Teachers play a crucial role in the education system and shape society. The success of any organization relies heavily on the quality of its teachers. Today's students will become the citizens of tomorrow. Teacher educators in B.Ed. colleges are responsible for training future teachers who will significantly impact children's learning, influencing their attitudes and behaviors. To develop effective teachers for the 21st century, teacher educators must continuously excel in their field. This is achievable through ongoing professional development, which includes various activities—formal, non-formal, and informal—designed to enhance teachers' intellectual skills, self-confidence, attitudes, values, and competencies. These efforts aim to improve their personalities and enable them to fulfill their teaching responsibilities amid changing demands. This paper presents various programs and activities that support teacher educators in maintaining their professional development in light of the challenges emerging in the field of teacher education today.Published
