Management research has undergone a profound transformation in recent decades due to rapid technological advancements, intensified globalization, sustainability imperatives, and changing workforce dynamics. Traditional management theories, which largely emphasized efficiency, hierarchy, standardization, and control, are increasingly insufficient to address the complexities of modern organizations. Emerging realities such as artificial intelligence, digital platforms, remote and hybrid work arrangements, ethical governance, and stakeholder-oriented business models are reshaping the scope and direction of management research. This paper examines the future trends in management research, with particular emphasis on AI-driven decision-making, digital transformation and Industry 5.0, sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, inclusive and ethical leadership, crisis and resilience management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In addition, the study highlights evolving methodological approaches, including big data analytics, mixed-methods research, interdisciplinary frameworks, and impact-oriented studies aligned with sustainable development goals. The paper also discusses key challenges confronting future management research, such as ethical concerns, data limitations, and the need to balance academic rigor with practical relevance. The study concludes by emphasizing the necessity for management research to become more interdisciplinary, socially relevant, and solution-oriented to effectively address contemporary organizational and societal challenges.Published
