BRIDGING HARMONY AND LEARNING: GENDER EQUALITY AS THE KEYSTONE OF MODERN PEACE EDUCATION

Abstract

Peace is one of the most pressing issues of the twenty-first century, as the entire world is seeing nonviolence and tension within or among countries. There could be several reasons for this, but the most significant are socioeconomic power disparities, unequal access to resources, and gender inequality. There could be several reasons for this, but the most significant are socioeconomic power disparities, unequal access to resources, and gender inequality for stability and long-term solutions. Peace Education is extremely vital to our country, India. However, peace education does not only help us achieve our goals; we must also work on reducing various forms of inequality, whether intentionally or unconsciously, particularly gender inequality. To create peace in an individual's psyche, our research will focus on how gender equality develops a positive mindset among people while also maintaining harmony and peace in their social and personal lives.
