Abstract

The taxation of Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs) has emerged as a crucial area of study due to the rapid growth of crypto currencies, NFTs, and other block chain-based assets. Governments worldwide are implementing tax regulations to address challenges related to valuation, compliance, and legal recognition. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the effects of VDA taxation on investors. Additionally, the research explores international tax frameworks and their implications for global digital asset transactions. By assessing both the benefits and challenges, this study aims to provide insights for policymakers and stakeholders in shaping effective tax regimes for VDAs.
