GREEN WORK ENVIRONEMENT TO EMPLOYEES BETWEEN SUSTAINABILITY AND JOB SATISFACTION

A positive atmosphere that directly impacts representative job satisfaction and well-being as a whole is cultivated in a "Green work environment" where maintainability activities are understood. This association is based on representatives' sense of reason and the significance they place on contributing to an organization that is more ecologically and socially conscious. Additionally, green initiatives have the potential to improve the physical working environment, resulting in increased productivity, decreased absenteeism, and a happier workforce. Economical human resource management takes employees' preferences, requirements, and points of view into account and views them as an extremely valuable asset for the company. The meaning of work, employee job satisfaction, green job performance, and the sustainability of the organization all benefit from implementing a green work environment. According to the findings the focus of the article is on examining specific Sustainable Human Resource management issues pertaining to the level of work engagement and representative fulfillment experienced by employees. Workplace well-being, representative advancement, representative maintenance, work engagement, and worker fulfillment were among the primary goals. Individual-level relationships between these factors were also one of the primary objectives and working environment, the purpose of this study is to investigate the significance of employee in driving sustainability efforts within the organization.Published
