Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has emerged as a vital organizational strategy in response to growing environmental challenges and sustainability imperatives. This comprehensive review explores the evolution, theoretical foundations, practices, and implications of GHRM across industries. It synthesizes existing literature to identify key green HR practices, such as green recruitment, green training, performance management, and employee involvement in sustainability initiatives. The review highlights how GHRM contributes to achieving organizational sustainability goals by embedding environmental values into the corporate culture and aligning employee behavior with green objectives. Furthermore, it examines the challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of environmental concerns into HRM functions and emphasizes the need for future research to establish standardized frameworks and assess long-term impacts. This review serves as a foundation for academics and practitioners aiming to understand and implement GHRM as part of sustainable business strategies.Published
