Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has significantly transformed Human Resource Management (HRM), reshaping traditional practices and enabling more strategic, data-driven decision-making. This review examines the emerging trends in digital transformation within HRM, including the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), cloud-based platforms, people analytics, and automation. These advancements are redefining talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development. The study highlights how digital HRM fosters organizational agility, enhances employee experiences, and supports workforce sustainability in the digital economy. Furthermore, it underscores the challenges associated with digital integration, such as data privacy concerns, skill gaps, and resistance to technological adoption. By synthesizing existing literature, this review provides insights into the evolving digital HRM landscape and its implications for both theory and practice, offering a roadmap for organizations seeking to achieve competitiveness in an increasingly digitalized world.
