Environmental chemistry plays a pivotal role in understanding the sources, transformations, and impacts of pollutants on ecosystems and human health. With rapid industrialization, urbanization, and population growth, pollution has emerged as one of the most pressing global challenges. Pollution control and monitoring methods are essential to assess environmental risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. Advances in analytical techniques, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and sensor technologies, have significantly enhanced the detection and quantification of pollutants in air, water, and soil. Moreover, innovative approaches, including bioremediation, adsorption, membrane filtration, and green chemistry solutions, are increasingly applied for effective pollution control. Monitoring systems, aided by artificial intelligence and remote sensing, provide real-time data for informed decision-making and sustainable management of natural resources. This paper highlights the integration of chemical, technological, and policy-driven solutions to address pollution challenges and emphasizes the importance of continuous research for sustainable environmental protection.Published
