Employee engagement has emerged as a critical factor in the success and sustainability of the hospitality industry, where service quality and customer satisfaction are closely tied to workforce performance. This study explores the relationship between human resource practices and employee engagement, emphasizing how effective recruitment, training, performance management, and reward systems influence motivation and commitment. The paper highlights that strategic HR practices, including continuous skill development, participative leadership, and recognition programs, not only enhance job satisfaction but also foster loyalty, reduce turnover, and improve service excellence. By examining current trends and challenges, the study underlines the importance of aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to create a supportive work culture. The findings suggest that investing in people-centric HR practices can significantly strengthen employee engagement, leading to improved guest experiences and long-term organizational growth in the hospitality sector.Published
