Abstract

This study analyses the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in pre-primary classrooms to aid children with special educational needs, focusing on inclusive learning, early intervention, and personalised instruction. AI technologies, such as speech recognition, emotion-detection systems, and adaptive learning platforms, offer novel avenues for addressing developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and neurodiverse conditions like autism spectrum disorder. These instruments not only support educators in early identification and assistance of individual needs but also promote engagement and communication among students.
