The rapid advancement of educational technology has reshaped the traditional teaching-learning process, emphasising the integration of digital tools, virtual classrooms, and blended learning environments. This study aims to assess the extent of technology adoption among educators, evaluate its perceived effectiveness, identify challenges in implementation, and suggest strategies for optimisation. A quantitative, survey-based descriptive research design was employed, combining quantitative survey data with qualitative feedback from educators across diverse institutions. The findings indicate that presentation and learning management tools are the most frequently used, reflecting a strong inclination toward technology-assisted content delivery. Respondents rated flexibility and engagement as the most significant benefits of digital learning, while ease of use emerged as a major concern due to varying levels of digital literacy. Correlation analysis revealed a strong positive relationship between the frequency of digital tool use and learner engagement, and a moderately strong link between virtual classroom use and learning outcomes. Despite infrastructural and skill-related challenges, the study concludes that digital education substantially enhances interactivity and effectiveness when strategically implemented. It recommends continuous professional development, improved infrastructure, and supportive institutional policies to strengthen the pedagogical potential of digital and blended learning in higher education.Published
