Psychological wellbeing has emerged as a critical component of effective education systems in the twenty-first century. Educational institutions are responsible not only for imparting knowledge but also for supporting the emotional, cognitive, and social development of students. Rapid technological advancement, increasing academic competition, and the growing influence of social media have significantly affected students' mental health. This chapter examines psychological wellbeing in educational settings and discusses contemporary challenges including academic pressure, social media influence, fear of failure, and reduced physical activity. Based on psychological theories and real-world examples, it also explores strategies that institutions can adopt to promote mental health, resilience, and balanced development. It emphasizes the importance of supportive learning environments, mental health awareness programs, counselling services, and holistic educational approaches that prioritize both academic success and emotional wellbeing.Published
