In the contemporary business landscape, conventional money-making business model is no longer justifiable. For a sustainable environment, a business model is required in which long-term viability is linked to environmental and social responsibility. The Business world is undergoing a profound transformation with the urgent and interconnected imperatives of sustainability as the leading forces. A holistic approach that integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria as a core strategic framework , moving from a traditional linear economy to a circular economy that leadsto innovation and risk mitigation. This research paper provides a comprehensive analysis of emerging issues at the nexus of business, economic sustainability, and management practices. This research reconciles the current literature, case studies, and regulatory trends to identify and examine three critical domains: the strategic integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and the evolving landscape of regulatory pressures and sustainable development. The findings of the research state that through an environment-friendly fundamental overhaul of management practices, systematic realignment of strategy, operational activity and governance, a successful navigation of the new paradigm would be possible. The paper concludes that economic sustainability is a dominant factor in eliminating emerging issues in the modern business landscape that require transformative leadership capable of converting business threats into opportunities for value creation that benefit society, organizations and the planet.Published
