This research investigates the predictors of flourishing in the workplace, focusing on the roles of health-protective behaviours and psychological capital among corporate employees in the Delhi NCR region. The study examines how dimensions of health-protective behaviours (interpersonal support, general health behaviours, self-knowledge, nutrition behaviour, and healthcare utilization) and psychological capital (hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism) influence employees' overall flourishing. The Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24; Luthans et al., 2007) and the Health Protective Behavior Scale (HPBS; Ping et al., 2018) were used to measure these constructs. Statistical analyses included t-tests to assess gender differences in flourishing, health-protective behaviours, psychological capital, and their sub-variables, as well as correlations to examine relationships between variables separately for males and females. The results revealed significant correlations among all variables in females, but fewer significant relationships in males. Additionally, there were significant gender differences in flourishing and health-protective behaviours, but not in psychological capital. These findings suggest that health-protective behaviours play a key role in fostering workplace flourishing, with gender differences influencing the strength of these relationships. The study contributes to understanding how psychological and health-related factors interact to promote well-being in the workplace.Published
