In an era marked by rapid technological advancements, globalization, and increasing complexity, the relevance of traditional wisdom in informing human values and professional ethics has garnered significant attention. This chapter revisits the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) to explore its contributions to human values and professional ethics. By conducting a critical analysis of ancient Indian texts, including the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Arthashastra, this research elucidates the IKS's stance on fundamental human values such as dharma (righteous living), ahimsa (non-violence), and satya (truth). Furthermore, this study examines the application of these values in professional ethics, highlighting their relevance in contemporary contexts. The findings of this research underscore the significance of revisiting traditional wisdom to address the ethical dilemmas and value-based challenges faced by professionals in the modern era. This chapter contributes to the ongoing discourse on human values and professional ethics, offering valuable insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers seeking to integrate traditional wisdom with modern professional practices.Published
