In today's rapid life style, stress, anxiety, and mental health issues have become increasingly prevalent. This chapter explores the potential of yoga and meditation as ancient practices that can provide solutions to modern problems. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, we examine the benefits of yoga and meditation in reducing stress, improving mental health, and enhancing overall well-being. Our analysis reveals that these practices can be effective in mitigating the negative effects of modern life, promoting relaxation, focus, and emotional balance.
