CLASSIFICATION SYSTEMS: DSM AND ICD APPROACHES

Abstract

In this we are going to understand Psychological Disorder and their classification system, Approach of classification, two classification system ICD and DSM systems, in which overview, purpose and approach of classification are discussed. In this there will limitations, similarities and comparison between both of them are discussed. There will subgroups of this classification which are enumerated below. There will strengths which are also discussed. There will be few conditions are defined also.
