Abstract

Entrepreneurship and innovation are crucial in tackling global challenges like climate change, resource scarcity, and socio-economic inequality, offering pathways toward a sustainable future. This paper examines the interplay of entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability, focusing on how businesses and start-ups can contribute to a more resilient and equitable planet. It highlights sustainable entrepreneurship as an emerging field that integrates environmental, social, and economic dimensions alongside financial returns. The study explores catalysts of sustainable innovation, including green technologies, circular economy models, and social enterprise frameworks, which enable sustainable actions across industries. Challenges such as financing barriers, regulatory hurdles, and limited consumer awareness are identified, alongside opportunities driven by the growing global emphasis on sustainability. Through case studies and statistical analysis, the research showcases profitable business models that harmonize environmental protection with social responsibility. Findings reveal that sustainable entrepreneurship can ignite transformative change, fostering economic progress while reducing environmental degradation. The paper emphasizes the critical role of supportive systems—policies, funding opportunities, and educational programs—in developing sustainability-oriented entrepreneurs. By aligning entrepreneurial ventures with sustainability goals, the research provides practical strategies for policymakers, investors, and business leaders committed to creating a sustainable and inclusive future.
