Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is a critical approach in modern healthcare that integrates the best available research evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences to guide decision-making. In health sciences education, incorporating EBP is essential for developing competent professionals capable of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This chapter examines the concept, importance, and implementation of EBP within health sciences education. It discusses key components of EBP, effective teaching strategies, curriculum integration, and the role of technology in enhancing learning. Barriers such as limited faculty expertise and resource constraints are also explored. Furthermore, the chapter highlights the impact of EBP education on clinical outcomes and professional development. By embedding EBP principles into educational frameworks, institutions can foster critical thinking, research literacy, and lifelong learning among students. The chapter concludes with recommendations to strengthen EBP integration and ensure that future healthcare professionals are well-equipped to apply evidence in clinical practice.Published
