Abstract

The efficacy and quality of healthcare education are greatly influenced by management and leadership. To guarantee the growth of qualified healthcare workers in an increasingly complicated healthcare environment, educators and administrators must embrace effective management techniques and strong leadership abilities. Vision, inspiration, creativity, and the capacity to mentor professors and students toward attaining academic and clinical success are key components of leadership in healthcare education. Management, on the other hand, places more emphasis on staffing, organising, planning, and managing educational resources in order to achieve institutional objectives. In order to enhance learning outcomes, boost institutional performance, and eventually improve healthcare delivery systems, this chapter emphasises the significance of fusing leadership theories with useful management techniques in healthcare education.
