Abstract

While Samkhya is often studied for its metaphysics and cosmology, its educational significance is equally profound. Its theories of knowledge, psychology, ethics, and human development provide a strong philosophical basis for holistic education. This article explores the educational relevance of Samkhya philosophy within the Indian knowledge tradition and examines its implications for aims of education, curriculum, pedagogy, moral development, and teacher-student relationships, followed by a detailed bibliography.
