Digital transformation has become a defining force in reshaping organizational structures, leadership practices, and long-term business sustainability in the twenty-first century. The integration of advanced digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data analytics, the Internet of Things, and automation, has transformed the way organizations create value, engage stakeholders, and respond to dynamic market conditions. Technology-driven leadership plays a pivotal role in guiding organizations through this transformation by fostering innovation, enhancing employee capabilities, promoting agile decision-making, and encouraging continuous learning. This paper examines the relationship between digital transformation and technology-driven leadership and their collective contribution to organizational innovation, sustainability, and competitive advantage. Drawing upon contemporary literature and a qualitative review of scholarly publications, the study synthesizes current theoretical perspectives and empirical findings to identify the key factors influencing successful digital transformation initiatives. The findings indicate that visionary leadership, digital competence, organizational culture, strategic alignment, and employee engagement significantly determine transformation success. The study concludes that organizations adopting technology-driven leadership are better positioned to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence, and resilience in an increasingly digital and competitive global environment.Published
