Educational institutions increasingly operate in environments characterized by uncertainty, rapid technological change, global crises, and evolving stakeholder expectations, making crisis leadership and organizational resilience essential for sustainable educational development. This chapter examines how transformative leadership enables educational institutions to anticipate, manage, and recover from crises while fostering innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement. It discusses the conceptual foundations of crisis leadership and organizational resilience through the lenses of Transformational Leadership Theory, Complexity Leadership Theory, and Resilience Theory. The chapter further explores critical dimensions of effective crisis leadership, including strategic decision-making, ethical governance, adaptive leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and emotional intelligence. Emphasis is placed on organizational resilience through preparedness, organizational learning, digital readiness, collaborative partnerships, and inclusive institutional cultures. Additionally, the chapter proposes transformative strategies for strengthening resilient educational systems by promoting visionary leadership, organizational learning, technological transformation, proactive risk governance, and evidence-informed decision-making. Finally, it highlights contemporary challenges and future directions for educational leadership in an increasingly complex world. The chapter concludes that transformative leadership is fundamental to developing resilient, innovative, and equitable educational institutions capable of sustaining excellence and responding effectively to future uncertainties.Published
