Abstract

India's aspiration to become a developed nation by 2047 under the vision of Viksit Bharat represents a transformative national agenda that seeks to balance rapid economic growth with environmental sustainability, social equity, technological advancement, and institutional resilience. Sustainable development has emerged as the central framework for achieving this vision, requiring coordinated efforts across government, industry, academia, and civil society.
