Community psychology offers a distinctive framework for understanding and addressing the social, cultural, economic, political, and environmental conditions that influence individual and collective well-being. Rather than locating psychological problems exclusively within individuals, community psychology examines the interaction between people and their social environments and emphasizes prevention, empowerment, participation, diversity, and social justice. This chapter explores the contribution of community psychology to building equitable and inclusive communities by integrating ecological perspectives, psychological sense of community, empowerment, community participation, prevention, and community-based approaches. Particular attention is given to structural inequalities, discrimination, poverty, exclusion, mental health disparities, and unequal access to resources. The chapter argues that sustainable well-being requires interventions that move beyond individual-level services toward collaborative action involving communities, institutions, policymakers, and civil society. Community-based participatory research, culturally responsive interventions, social support networks, inclusive education, and advocacy are discussed as important mechanisms for promoting social justice. The chapter concludes by proposing a community psychology framework that connects well-being, empowerment, equity, participation, and structural transformation for inclusive and sustainable communities.Published
