Positive Psychology has shifted the focus of psychological research from psychopathology to the study of human strengths, resilience, and flourishing. Among its key concepts, flow represents a state of optimal engagement and intrinsic motivation. In everyday life, however, "going with the flow" is often understood as accepting uncertainty, adapting to change, and maintaining psychological balance during adversity. This qualitative study explores individuals' perceptions of this concept through semi-structured interviews with participants from diverse educational and occupational backgrounds. Thematic analysis identified six interconnected themes: acceptance of uncertainty, letting go of emotional burdens, resilience, present-moment awareness, supportive relationships, and psychological well-being. Interpreted through Flow Theory, the PERMA model, character strengths, resilience, and mindfulness, the findings emphasize the importance of developing psychological strengths rather than merely reducing distress. Based on these findings, the study proposes a strength-based community intervention framework that promotes resilience, mindfulness, social connectedness, and strengths development across educational institutions, families, workplaces, and communities to foster sustainable well-being and collective flourishing.Published
