Unpleasant pain that long last more than three months which majorly shows damage in tissue in its structure and functional of nerve system. In acute phase of pain it gives adaptive signal and other inflammatory sign of injury that warn the cortical signal of dorsal horn of CNS. These articles review the role of neuroplasticity process in repairing the synapse signal that trigger the development of central sensitization by repairing the function its structure and healing the tissue. This technique also targets the biological, social and psychosocial factor that help in repairing the nervous system capacity. It also defines the framework of this technique which work on the cortical signal, in this study the recent evidenced shows improvement in motor control, enhance the equilibrium and recovery the sensory disturbance. If malpractice or any unethical happen during this technique it can lead to poor motor function, disturb equilibrium and decrease sensory stimulation, which lead to development of kinesiophobia, fear of pain and disturb the mental status and also hamper the physiotherapy rehabilitation protocol.Published
