The rapid evolution of AI is transforming numerous sectors and enterprises, including Human Resource Management, by enhancing efficiency and precision in talent acquisition. This paper explores the application of various AI tools in the talent acquisition process, covering stages such as job posting, sourcing of the candidates, screening, assessment, interview processes, and onboarding. It highlights how these tools, ranging from automated job description generators like Textio to AI-powered interview platforms such as Hirevue, are revolutionizing recruitment. Despite the clear advantages—such as improved speed, accuracy, and candidate experience—there are significant challenges in integrating AI into talent acquisition. These challenges include data scarcity, privacy concerns, and biases in algorithms, cost, lack of top management support, and the readiness of HR personnel to adopt new technologies. The paper concludes by presenting a proposed model to analyze these challenges and suggests areas for further research, including the impact of AI on quality of hire, candidate anxiety, and organizational adoption factors. Understanding and overcoming these barriers is crucial for businesses to fully leverage AI's potential in enhancing their recruitment strategies.Published
