Abstract

This study investigates the complex ideas of inclusion and equity in higher education. It looks at the ongoing obstacles that underrepresented groups encounter when trying to get into and excel in higher education. The essay examines the several tactics used by organizations to advance inclusion and equity, such as support services, culturally sensitive teaching, and financial aid initiatives. It delves deeper into the issues that still impede development. The need of adopting a comprehensive strategy that tackles student success and belonging in addition to access is emphasized in the article's conclusion.
