The sports industry is evolving due to the use of artificial intelligence (AI), especially in the area of injury prevention and rehabilitation. Traditionally, sports injuries have been difficult to predict and manage, but with AI-based technologies, there is a growing ability to monitor athletes' physical data and accurately predict injury risks. This paper explores how AI applies to injury prevention, early diagnosis and rehabilitation. By analyzing athletes' movement patterns, biomechanics and historical health data, AI systems can detect anomalies that could lead to injuries, allowing for rapid intervention. In addition, AI-enhanced rehabilitation programs provide personalized recovery plans that adapt based on real-time feedback, speeding recovery and minimizing pre-injury. The integration of artificial intelligence tools such as wearables, machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics provides coaches and medical professionals with a more comprehensive understanding of the athlete's physical condition. AI systems can process large data sets to identify patterns that human experts might miss, improving injury management strategies. In addition, AI helps with rehabilitation by creating personalized exercises and therapy plans based on real-time data from sensors and monitoring devices. This paper also discusses the ethical and practical challenges of using AI in sport, including data privacy issues and the need for human oversight in medical decisions. Ultimately, AI provides an innovative and effective approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation, reducing athletes' downtime and improving their long-term health and performance. Through a combination of advanced data analytics and personalized interventions, AI has the potential to revolutionize sports injury management.Published
