Emotional Intelligence (EI) has emerged as a crucial factor influencing leadership effectiveness in modern organizations. This paper examines the role of emotional intelligence in enhancing leadership by focusing on key competencies such as self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Leaders with high emotional intelligence are better equipped to handle interpersonal relationships, manage stress, and foster a positive organizational culture. By cultivating these abilities, emotionally intelligent leaders can inspire and motivate teams, improve decision-making, and drive organizational success.
