This chapter looks at the individual differences in learning styles, which is a concept based on educational psychology, putting more emphasis on unique preferences in processing and retaining information. The learning style is determined by genetics, culture, and past experiences. The frameworks of learning styles include Fleming's VARK model, Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory, and Gardner's Multiple Intelligences. These models show sensory and cognitive preferences that help educators develop individualized teaching strategies for better academic performance and classroom inclusivity.Published
