Imagine you're trying to get out of bed on a cold Monday morning your alarm is buzzing, but that blanket feels like it’s glued to you. What makes you finally get up? Maybe it’s the thought of coffee brewing in the kitchen or the realization that the snooze button won’t save you from work forever. That’s motivation! It’s that invisible push, whether it's the promise of a reward (like coffee) or the desire to avoid something unpleasant (like being late). Motivation drives everything we do from finally starting that workout routine (after five New Year’s resolutions!) to binge-watching your favorite show because you “earned” it after a long day.Published
