Students' mental health is a crucial factor influencing their overall well-being, academic performance, and social development. Mental health challenges are increasingly prevalent among young people, with studies indicating that about 20% of children and adolescents experience a mental health disorder each year (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC], 2021). Anxiety, depression, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are particularly common, affecting students’ ability to concentrate, participate, and interact positively with their peers (American Psychological Association [APA], 2019). Schools play a unique role in addressing these challenges by creating a supportive environment where mental health is prioritized alongside academic success (World Health Organization [WHO], 2020).Published
