The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in sports coaching has advanced rapidly, fundamentally reshaping real-time strategy and decision-making. This paper explores the impact of AI technologies—such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and computer vision—on coaches' ability to make strategic in-game decisions, monitor player health, and analyze performance. AI’s integration into sports is pivotal, especially in fast-paced games where decisions need to be made within seconds (Baker and Evans, 2022). By processing vast amounts of data, AI assists in identifying patterns and predicting outcomes, allowing coaches to modify game tactics dynamically (Evans and Collins, 2020). Furthermore, computer vision has enabled real-time tracking of players’ positions, helping coaches strategize formations and adjust on-field movements (Perez and Johnson, 2020).Published
