Interpersonal and personal growth depend on Emotional Intelligence (EI), which influences relationship negotiation, emotion regulation, and resilience. When paired with life skills education and yoga, Emotional Intelligence (EI) can promote holistic growth in physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This chapter discusses how Emotional Intelligence (EI) promotes empathy, self-awareness, and personal growth, making it a key driver of modern balanced living. The chapter discusses emotional intelligence, its components, and its use in life skills instruction. Yoga also improves emotional intelligence by promoting inner serenity, self-control, and awareness. This chapter emphasizes the mutually beneficial relationship by synthesising case studies, research, and practical concepts. Strategies for implementing EI into life skills and yoga curriculum and examples of its use in school and the workplace are presented. The chapter concludes by accentuating the transformative potential of connecting emotional intelligence with holistic practices to promote unified well-being, empower individuals, and enhance their emotional resilience.Published
