To quote E. O. Wilson "The world is in the midst of a scientific and technological revolution.” To understand Science we should reflect on the importance of curiosity, critical thinking which is provided by science education on understanding the natural phenomena of the world. The world we live in and to participate in shaping it, we must be scientifically literate. Innovative teaching strategies are essential for creating a vibrant and productive learning environment and are critical for empowering teachers and students alike. They help students build their capacity for autonomous learning while enabling teachers to stimulate creative approaches to instruction. This is very true for science education. Integrating technology in the classroom cultivates digital literacy. The application of technology usage in science classes, moving from simple test tubes to advanced applications, forms the focus of this study. An analysis of the educational technology in teaching Sciences is conducted. Innovations like Chat GPT , Artificial Intelligence, Virtual learning environments, Robotics, Blended learning, Project based learning and Inquiry based learning with the help of ICT, Cloud computing teaching , Flipped classrooms, Gamification provide a rich array of options to enhance instructions in Science classes. In order to effectively integrate technology into traditional science education, this study's conclusion emphasizes a critical and balanced approach between the two. Thus, using technology in Science classes will be highly effective and students will gain learning experience which will connect science to real-world applications and equip students for bright careers.Published
