Abstract

This article aims to examine combined activity of yoga and yoga education for developed physical fitness and good mental health, stress reduction and community formation. The expansion of conceptual thought has originated from ancient Indian heritage by means of yoga as a holistic manifestation with harmony for combination of physical, mental, scientific thought and spiritual development. The ancient India gave an excellent gift to the world which not only combines the mind and body but also unites individual awareness to the global awareness for achieving self-consciousness, self-realization, peaceful environment and liberation. In a coordinated form of yoga and exercises develop different valuable life style skills which are responsible factors in preserving and extending the yoga techniques for relaxation and releasing reliefs. The collaboration of yoga and life pattern skills is a consequence of expanding mental concepts and acknowledging educational manifestation. The National Education Policy-2020 (NEP-2020) adopted crucial steps to impart life-skills to the benefits of students for holistic manifestation. Yoga is a marvelous path for everybody to renovate a wide range of life skills like psychological competencies and interpersonal skills develop capabilities to address several issues like making decision, solving problems, critically thinking, effective-efficient communication, formation of progressive interpersonal relationship, respecting others and managing our daily activities in a healthy and significant manner.
