Abstract

Blended learning, combining traditional face-to-face instruction with online components, has become a crucial aspect of modern education, offering flexibility and personalized learning opportunities. This pedagogical approach allows students to balance academic and personal responsibilities, particularly as technology evolves. Research highlights the importance of integrating both synchronous and asynchronous activities to foster student engagement and motivation. However, the effectiveness of blended learning depends on thoughtful design, aligning technological tools with pedagogical goals, and ensuring meaningful student-teacher interaction. Despite its advantages, challenges such as digital equity, technological infrastructure, and teacher preparedness persist. Addressing these issues through continuous professional development and institutional support is essential for optimizing blended learning strategies. Future research should focus on overcoming these barriers to enhance student outcomes and further refine blended learning models.
