Abstract

This research explores the integration of traditional Indian knowledge systems with modern technological advancements, emphasizing their relevance in today’s globalized world. The Indian knowledge system, with its deep roots in ancient texts such as the Vedas, Upanishads and various indigenous sciences, offers holistic approaches to education, health, ecology and spirituality. With the rapid growth of technology, there is an increasing need to merge these traditional systems with modern methods to create sustainable, inclusive and innovative solutions. This study examines how traditional Indian wisdom, particularly in areas such as Ayurveda, Yoga and sustainable agriculture, can synergize with modern technology to address contemporary global challenges such as climate change, health crises and resource management. By investigating case studies where tradition and technology have been successfully integrated, the research highlights how these approaches can contribute to a balanced, knowledge-driven society. Additionally, the paper explores the role of education in preserving and advancing the Indian knowledge system in the digital era. The findings suggest that integrating traditional knowledge with technological innovation can pave the way for a more sustainable future while preserving cultural heritage.
