The Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Indian scripture, offers profound ethical guidance that remains relevant in modern contexts, including the evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI). This paper explores AI ethics through the philosophical lens of the Gita, emphasizing principles such as dharma (duty), karma (action and consequences), and vairagya (detachment). The moral dilemmas faced by Arjuna with contemporary challenges in AI development—such as bias, accountability, and autonomy—we derive timeless ethical frameworks. The Gita encourages a balance between innovation and responsibility, urging developers and policymakers to act in alignment with the greater good. This perspective fosters a human-centric AI approach, ensuring technology aligns with universal values like justice, empathy, and sustainability. The study demonstrates how integrating spiritual wisdom with modern technology can address pressing ethical concerns and create AI systems that serve humanity ethically and effectively.Published
