Education plays a key role in raising mental health awareness by promoting understanding, reducing stigma, and encouraging well-being. This study examines how schools, colleges, and workplaces contribute to mental health awareness by teaching emotional intelligence, stress management, and resilience. A well-designed curriculum that includes mental health topics helps individuals recognize early signs of distress, seek help when needed, and support others. Additionally, education helps change societal attitudes toward mental health, breaking stereotypes and encouraging inclusivity. Campaigns, workshops, and online learning platforms are effective tools for spreading awareness and starting important conversations. Teaching mental health from an early age equips individuals with coping skills that improve overall well-being.
